HOW TO USE

We are not suggesting a diet to follow, we describe the different types of diets that will help you achieve your goals. These diets are recommended by a reputable coach and approved by nutritionists.

For fully effective treatment, we invite you to exercise for at least 15 minutes every day (you can still have two days off per week).
