Camomile
Roman camomile (scientific name: Chamaemelum nobile) is a herbaceous perennial plant from the Asteracee family. It is more often known simply as camomile. It is often used for its medicinal and cosmetic properties.
In our teas, we use the camomile flower head. This is the central part of the flower. The flower appears between July and September.
