Rules to follow regarding your diet

We are not suggesting a diet to follow, we describe the different types of diets that will help you achieve your goals. These diets are recommended by a reputable coach and approved by nutritionists. We propose several diets, because in our eyes, there’s no diet suitable for everyone. A range of diets means everyone can find the one that best fits their tastes and habits. However, it is necessary during your detox or slimming treatment to remain on the diet you choose. Otherwise, the results will not meet your expectations. Food is the basis of what we are and therefore we can only advise you to pursue a healthy and balanced diet even outside your programme’s schedule!



Exercise programmes to follow during your cure

For fully effective slimming and detox treatment, we invite you to exercise for at least 15 minutes every day (you can still have two days off per week). In this section, we therefore propose a set of different daily programmes. We have listed them by level (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) and stages (1 to 5). We also provide yoga programmes. You need inspiring results, take a new step each day! Based on your level, you choose the stages that suit you! During your treatment the idea is to gradually progress to more difficult stages!
