This third stage of the Advanced level focuses on cardio and also works on building muscle. It is an outdoor session.
During the exercises, retain a good posture and contract your abs to protect your back. Also remember to control your breathing. Completion of this circuit is a sign of good overall fitness.


FULL BODY WORKOUT CIRCUIT – OUTDOOR

Link up all 7 exercises without a break.

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes per circuit. Each running session should last 5 minutes (one of them can be faster).

At the end of 7 exercises, you deserve a timeout. Take two minutes and rehydrate!

You should complete at least 3 circuits.
